Charcoal briquette mesh belt dryer is a drying equipment that uses steel mesh as a conveyor belt to carry materials for continuous drying. The main heating methods include electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. Since the conveyor belt is mesh-shaped, it is especially suitable for drying flake, strip and granular materials with good air permeability, and for regular or irregular lumps such as filter cake paste materials (such as: coal, Charcoal briquettes, various mineral powders, food, vegetables, etc.) are more suitable.
Because the conveyor belt is mesh-like, this equipment is particularly suitable for sheet-like, strip-like, and granular materials with good drying and air permeability. It is also more suitable for regular or irregular block-like materials, such as filter cake paste materials (e.g., coal, charcoal blocks, various mineral powders, food, vegetables, etc.).
1. Equipped with an automatic tensioning device, the chain plate runs smoothly and can be turned over freely, thus solving the phenomenon of chain dropping, chain jamming, and deviation.
2. The sieve plate is made of heat-resistant steel punched into long strips, which has high strength, no deformation, and good air permeability. The chain plate of the briquette dryer
equipment is driven by a speed-regulating motor, which can adjust the operating speed and control the drying time according to the humidity of the freshly pressed briquettes.
3. The temperature of each section inside the body is digitally displayed, which is convenient for the dryer operator to grasp and control the temperature inside the kiln.
4. There is a slag scraping groove at the bottom, and the pulverized coal falling into the bottom of the dryer is automatically scraped by the slag scraper, which realizes automation and saves manpower
5. There is a maintenance channel for each section, which is convenient for equipment maintenance.
