Jiutian smokeless activation furnace is a continuous activation equipment that produces high-quality activated carbon through physical activation of carbon raw materials. It is widely used for activating charcoal (such as bamboo, fruit shells, hardwood etc.) and coal-based activated carbon. The furnace uses steam as the activation medium, and in a high-temperature environment, the steam can fully contact the carbon raw materials to be activated. The activated carbon produced by this furnace has excellent performance and can be widely used in industries such as water purification.
Coal-based activated carbon is one of the main sources of activated carbon, but not all coal is suitable for its production. The quality requirements for coal are very strict, with the key being its ability to form a well-developed pore structure while ensuring the mechanical strength and usability of the final product.
The following are the main coal quality requirements for activated carbon production, listed in order of importance:
1. Core Key Indicator: Fixed Carbon Content
· Requirement: High fixed carbon content (typically > 60%, high-quality raw materials require > 70%)
2. Key Limiting Indicator: Ash Content
· Requirement: Low ash content (typically < 10%, high-quality products require < 6-8%)
3. Important Processing Indicator: Volatile Matter
· Requirement: Moderate volatile matter content (ideally between 20%-35%)

The overall production line reflects the general principles of advanced, efficient, stable, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe, frugal and reasonable.The main equipment uses matching drum carbonization machine, drum activation machine and feeding device, conveying device, combustible gas purification device, cooling carbonization device, PLC control system to form the layout of the carbonization activation production line.
Carbonization production line includes silo, conveying equipment, carbonization host, combustible gas purification equipment, dust removal equipment and cooling carbonization equipment.
Activation production line includes screening equipment, conveying equipment, activation host, waste gas treatment and recovery system, dust removal system and PLC control system.
