How to deal with the flue gas generated by the continuous carbonization furnace?

Biomass raw materials are pyrolyzed in a continuous carbonization furnace. The flue gas generated contains non-combustible substances such as carbon dioxide, wood tar, and wood vinegar, as well as combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen. So how to deal with the generated flue gas? To meet environmental requirements?

1. Condensation recovery method, through the condensation tower and separation tank, the wood tar and wood vinegar in the flue gas can be recovered.

2. Bag dust collector. The dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector and is filtered and purified by the filter bag. The dust is blocked on the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and is discharged from the air outlet.

3. In the spray tower, the flue gas containing harmful substances in the filter unit participates in the aerodynamic emulsification process. The harmful substances carried in the flue gas come into contact with the fine droplets in the emulsion layer. Ultimately, the air emissions are up to standard and there is no pollution.

Whether it is biochar processing of agricultural and forestry waste, carbonization of various garbage, or carbonization and purification of metal waste, the generated flue gas is purified through cooling, dust removal, filtration and other links, and the combustible gas can be returned to the gas chamber for combustion and supplied to the carbonization furnace. , and thus meet environmental protection requirements.
