High-frequency vibration can easily cause loosening and falling off, causing component displacement or mechanical collision. Early warning of wear of wearing parts. Regularly disassemble and inspect components such as pressure rollers, rolling rollers, and propellers. If surface cracks or thickness reduction exceeds 10%, replace them immediately; clean up residual carbon slag during shutdown to avoid carbon accumulation and hardening and aggravated wear. Abnormal impact sounds during the operation of gears or chains may indicate broken teeth or misalignment, and the machine must be shut down for inspection.
3. Seasonal maintenance and storage: long-term dormancy strategy. Seasonal maintenance: thoroughly clean the hot air duct and sedimentation tank, remove the elevator tension wire, and reset the speed control motor parameters. Cover indoors to prevent dust, and build a shed outdoors to prevent rain; repaint the exposed metal surface every year to prevent rust, and spray it for protection every two years.
