During the carbonization process, pay attention to temperature control and ventilation conditions to avoid burning or generating harmful gases during the carbonization process. The carbonization time depends on the type of carbonization furnace and the thickness of the wood sticks, and generally takes several hours to more than ten hours. After carbonization is completed, the charcoal blocks need to be removed from the carbonization furnace and cooled. The cooled charcoal blocks are harder and more stable, making them easier to store and transport.

During the entire production process, attention should be paid to safety issues such as fire prevention and explosion prevention; some harmful gases and smoke may be generated during the carbonization process, and corresponding environmental protection measures need to be taken to protect the environment.
