3. Rod making machine: The dried materials are molded at high temperature and high pressure to make charcoal sticks. Rod making machines are usually equipped with an electric control cabinet system to improve the safety factor and output. The propeller, wear-resistant sleeve, forming cylinder and other parts are all enlarged to increase the output and service life. The power and output of the charcoal making machine are also different. For example, the common charcoal making machine has a power of 22KW and an output of up to 300KG per hour.
4. Carbonization furnace: used to carbonize the prepared charcoal sticks to make them into finished machine-made charcoal. There are many types of carbonization furnaces, such as hoisting carbonization furnaces, which have the characteristics of 24-hour continuous carbonization production, smoke-free environmental protection, high degree of automation, etc., which can save a lot of labor.
