1. Working principle: Bamboo carbonization furnace is a device used to convert bamboo materials into charcoal. It uses the principle of carbonization and thermal decomposition in the absence of air. Retorting wood produces various gases, vapors and solid char. These gases are fed into the bottom of the furnace through the smoke return pipe for self-heating. At the same time, wood tar, wood acetic acid and other substances can be collected during the carbonization process. During the carbonization process, the flue gas in the furnace is filtered and dusted by the purification system, and then transported back to the bottom of the furnace through pipelines for secondary heating, thereby realizing the recycling of heat energy, achieving the effects of purifying smoke and saving fuel.
2. Furnace body design: Carbonization furnace usually consists of furnace body, heating system and exhaust system. The furnace body is usually constructed of metal or ceramic materials, which are resistant to high temperatures and have good sealing properties. There are usually appropriate partitions and ventilation holes inside the furnace body to ensure uniform heating and gas flow during the carbonization process.
3. Heating system: The heating system can use different energy sources, such as wood, natural gas or electricity. Common heating methods include direct heating and indirect heating. In direct heating, the bamboo is in direct contact with the fuel, while in indirect heating, the heat from the fuel is transferred to the bamboo through conduction or radiation.
4. Exhaust system: A large amount of smoke and harmful gases will be produced during the carbonization process, which need to be processed and discharged through the exhaust system. The exhaust system usually includes pipes, filters and purification equipment to reduce environmental pollution and improve the efficiency of gas circulation in the furnace.
5. Control system: Some advanced bamboo carbonization furnaces may be equipped with automatic control systems for monitoring and regulating the temperature, gas flow and carbonization process in the furnace. These systems can improve carbonization efficiency and product quality, and reduce energy consumption.
