4. Carbonization treatment: Put the bamboo into the bamboo carbonization furnace. Under oxygen-deficient conditions, the bamboo will be heated to a higher temperature for carbonization, that is, partial thermal decomposition to form carbon.
5. Cooling and processing: After the bamboo is heated, it needs to be cooled to return to room temperature, and then the carbonized bamboo is processed.
6. Inspection and trimming: Check whether the bamboo is evenly carbonized to ensure that the final product meets design and quality standards.
